Welcome to the B2B portal of Noor Al Arab For Foodstuff Trading Co. LLC. By using this website, submitting requests for quote (RFQ), or registering for distributor accounts, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Commercial Sourcing & MOQs
Our website displays Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) for each commodity. Sourcing proposals and pricing quotes issued through this platform are representational. Binding contract prices are only established upon execution of a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) signed by our sales managers.
2. Payment & Credit Terms
Credit facilities are subject to financial audits, GSY International Group underwriter review, and credit insurance clearance. All initial trial shipments are executed under cash, bank wire transfer, or irrevocable letter of credit (LC) terms.
3. Governing Law
Any disputes, claims, or actions arising from the use of this website or wholesale trade transactions initiated through this portal shall be governed exclusively by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
